Grate a large garlic clove and add.&lt;br&gt;3) Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes&lt;br&gt;4) Poke the cherry tomatoes with the knife edge and keep aside.&lt;br&gt;5) Once marinated, add a few drops of cooking oil and coat it well.&lt;br&gt;6) Pre-heat Wok/Pan over high heat and add a few dashes of cooking oil&lt;br&gt;7) Place the Steak cubes&lt;br&gt;8) Let it sit and sear until the bottom is browned&lt;br&gt;9) Shake the wok/pan. Let the beef cubes flip upside down.&lt;br&gt;10) With a tong, flip the remaining pieces if any&lt;br&gt;11) Add the cherry tomatoes&lt;br&gt;12) Let it sear for upto a minute&lt;br&gt;13) Shake the wok and let the tomatoes mix with the beef&lt;br&gt;14) Now you can remove the beef from the heat or cook and toss until it is done to your level.&lt;br&gt;15) For Dipping sauce: to a small bowl add crushed black pepper, salt and lime juice&lt;br&gt;16) Remove the lime seeds if any&lt;br&gt;17) Mix it well.
