Hi Craig – I love these non-barbecue options to campfire cooking and shepherd's pie is pretty left field so thanks a lot! Maybe I should ask Colman's, but what's in their spice mix that adds so much to the other (more traditional?) ingredients you used?

We cooked salmon in about 50 min.>>>t.co/cHk5ycuwdA with only 4 coconut briquettes and some hickory and it had a great flavor. Love it.
