These are made in Mexico too, usually flavored with a little ground fennel, and sprinkle with sugar, with a pinch of cinnamon. They are called biscochos.

Do we sprinkle with castor sugar before or after cooking them?

I can’t wait to try these & I think they will be lovely as thin biscuits.
