What does everything think about all the "green washing" that's going on. Do y'all have a video on pots and pans that are truly non toxic? Maybe clay or cast iron?

I bought an insta pot and it was the best purchase! I barely use other pots or pans anymore. Maybe one sauce pan, a frying pan for browning and a crape pan. Everything els gows in to the insta pot. By insta pot I mean any kind of electric pressure cooker. Now I use my expertise stainless steel pans only for transferring thing from the insta pot… And I'm kind of a snob when cooking is concerned.

For about 20 dollars more buy yourself a good quality enamelled ci skillet. Anyone I know that has tried this pan is on their second or third….

Bought this pan before I knew about ATK review. Replaced older set of All Clad teflon, so tried this one. Light weight, and good for cooking for one. I have All-Clad copper core set as mainstay, cast iron, and Le Creuset Dutch oven. I do agree that this is not long term pan, just trendy. Hopefully I can get some years with a little TLC! Thank you ATK Review!

If you're cooking it on an inductive cooktop, it isn't all-aluminum. Gotta have some iron in there somewhere.
