I cooked this and y’all listen, it’s good good and easy. I used andouille sausage. The trick I think is to simmer and stir that sauce to the thickness you like b4 adding the noodles. Oohh and I used one TBS of butter and one TBS of oil to the pan b4 cooking.

I did put cream cheese in my sauce tho make it more creamy other then that the recipe was easy to follow
