lots of nasty comments here. my friend in the UK does it like this, but they tend to use LOTS of gravy on everything. I'd rather roast this in the oven than slow cook in the crockpot. cheers

Sorry , low for 3 hrs, High for 4 hrs and low for 8 hrs, surely? Beef should be seared first. It just does not look cooked.
