This product is a scam. I've had no end of trouble with it. It needed a firmware update straight out of the box. After emailing the company I was told there was a problem with the download of the update and it would be fixed soon. I then waited a month and tried again. The second time around the smartfire unit completely bricked. I was then advised like I was a 2 year old that it now needed to be sent back to the manufacturer…. The one time I tried the smartfire out when I fist got it, it didn't hold my Webber kettle anywhere near the temp I set it at. I hope this stops anyone else getting scammed by this shit company

My Smartfire arrived today and i found you video "extremely" helpful and very informative. I've read alot of reviews on this unit which were all positive, but i find a YT video for me is a must. Great video mate much appreciated from over the pond
