I've got three traegers and they are all excellent.
The smallest cheapest one, the junior elite, cooks the best, I've had to prove how good it is over and over.
If you can't cook with a traeger you might as well give up on it because it's so easy to use with excellent results.

Never pull the membrane off these type of beef rib, they hold the ribs together for this long cook…..

I love the black pepper coating BUT I seriously recommend the pepper medley. Different pepper flavors that are just 100% better than straight black pepper.
