For anyone that struggles to get straight slices, esp on high rise soft loaves, just turn the loaf on its side to slice and use a serated long knife.
My grandfather taught me this trick back in thecearly '70s and it works everytime as long as you don't rush it 💜

I love how you show us your ingredients and how much you’re gonna use before you start cooking that makes a big difference so I can get all of the ingredients out first before watching and participating with you and then just watch you and put the ingredients in as you do making recipes this way is a lot easier. Thank you for doing it this way.

Trying the brown bread recipe now, and it smells/looks amazing in the oven now. Used Half and Half instead of heavy cream because it's what I had, and it seems fine. Thank you for sharing!
