I had this once, I remember asking the lady who made it if it was a crushed pecan pie because of the sweetness and was surprised to hear it was made using pinto beans after just having had those beans in a 'savory chipotle wrap

The other bean pie recipes are usually blended in a blender to make a smooth custard and then poured into the crust. I'm interested in trying your textured version

Wow never had this, grow up in the south and never heard of it! New sub! Looking forward to seeing more videos and recipes. I just started making dinner videos myself not to long ago and loving it!
