In der Presse geht mir zu viel verloren. Den Saft von Gurken auspressen trinke ich ganz gern mit Pfeffer und Salz. Oder mit etwas Zitronensaft im gin Tonic 😍

Eigentlich könnte man sagen das man bei dir schon alles gesehen hat aber Nein jedes Video von dir ist genial. Ich finde es bemerkenswert was du aus einer Sorte Fleisch machst. Tolle Idee!
Ich hatte noch ein Riesen iberico Secreto in der Truhe.
Das gibt es heute Abend. Fleisch liegt schon in der Marinade.
Zu den Zwiebeln habe ich noch etwas Sumak dazu geben.
Bin sehr gespannt.
