This is the best recipe I’ve seen yet growing up in California. This was a staple in our house every weekend. Oh my God, the line will be lined up out of the store on Sunday. Everyone would come after church.

Okay I’m back. I tried again and it was a win this time. But it wasn’t as soft like authentic Filipino bakery they have a look they had to taste. They were just a little bit more dense..
