A suggestion: better to soak chicken in butter milk rather than water as it won’t harden the chicken which water does
And it’s better to marinate that spice mix on the chicken and not sprinkle it after the chicken is cooked
It won’t give much of a taste

We made burger just as you had, and we weren't able to eat it at all, because of too much hardwork. It would have been better if we had just ordered it from a Burger Joint. Please make it at your own risk, or else just order it from somewhere.
