Does the venom live outside ? Do you have to remove it after each cook? (How easy is that?)

I have the same stainless steel grill and cart except mine is black. What I did was remove the lid and place a Weber Smokey Mountain 22 on top. It fits right over the kettle bottom. This gives the WSM an ash catcher/cleaner and a nice table!

I have the Masterbuilt Gravity 800 that I replaced my WSM and Performer with. I really like the MB800 but if it ever goes I would replace it with this setup.

I like my Fireboard because it detects when the lid is off automatically and doesn’t start back for a certain set time.
