I love steak tips and gravy over noodles. I stir fry a lot so I use the sirloin for that, takes the marinade well. If I cook steak , it is always ribeye or filet mignon..

Steak tips are not a particular cut of meat. It is not a good to recommend looking for this name, unless a person can identify the cut of meat being sold
