Hi Marion I picked up all the ingredients to make this delicious looking dish. I have a problem I don’t have a pan like this to use on the stovetop. I only have glass pans. What can I use instead.thank you

This is an absolute winner dish, so easy, so delicious. I also added a handful of fresh bean sprouts to the bowl for some crunch. Yum!

I was just laying in my bed thinking about about how disappointing some meals are when you go out. I was also thinking about how boring some menus are. The restaurants in my area aren’t overly reliable, and rarely do you find anything to get excited about. This got me thinking to what I’d put on the menu if I owned a restaurant. Then it occurred to me, “ why don’t I just learn to cook exciting meals?” This pork belly would excite me. I love sticky food. I’m cooking this ASAP.

I am just cooking it right now 🙂 my only concern is is the oven's temperature 😀 I don't neither an overcooked or an undercooked pork, and I didnt see the temperature on the site either :S
