Local London Fishmonger: £90 for whole salmon
– DIY job to prepare.

Sainsbury’s: £18 for a whole side of salmon. X2 = £36
– No prep required.

How can one afford a freezer that can hold this amount of fish, while I am forced by other food creators to freez dumblings, stake, pees, dough, …
The rest of the fish alone will take up about 3/4 of my freezer (ignoring the cost for a whole salmon) and my roommate would guillotine me for taking up so much space
