I made this Wednesday….sorry. Was a bit spicy for my family, but the method of roast only at high temp then vegetable's and low heat is Awsome.

I'm in the midst of cooking it right now.. I did take the risk of adding 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the rub mix.. and the house smells AMAZING and full of flavor in the aroma! I can only imagine how amazing it's going to taste, I can't wait.
