Thank you,Thank you, Thank you!!! I'm marinating my beef tips now! The tip is the tenderizing!!!! I only had apple vinegar and the baking soda, I could tell right away it was softening the meat 😋 I had a carrot, and sliced it on diagonal… just happy in the kitchen 😊 thanks🙏🏾
