Really useful. It's easier to keep a lot of white sugar around, since brown always has that tendency to harden and clump together.

If you put your brown sugar in a ziplock bag with 5 or 6 large marshmallows it will stay soft. It's works great!

can you just add the molasses and sugar to your mix and skip the food processor step and get same result?
