hi I made this but my bread was doughy on the inside even though i rolled it thin and it took a long time to cook and puff up some didnt though. do you know what I did wrong and the breads arent cooking to the inside

Never try this recipe, its a big failure , too sticky, hard to handle and very difficult to roll and cook .
