When I was stationed in Korea I could get some of the best food from street venders. I got one food that kept making me sexually exited so told a friend and he said “ man that’s ginseng not ginger.” 😂

Wow! What a gem, and in Bothell no less! Bothell's not exactly a destination location (at least it wasn't when I lived in Seattle 30 years ago) so I hope they get lots of traffic coming up from Seattle to try their food, which looks delicious judging from this video and their website pics.

I don’t use the term lightly, but this chef seems like an absolute culinary treasure. Thank you for the spotlight
