I live in Thailand beef here is like boot leather, i haven't eaten it since I left the uk its the bread of cow they have here. You find its mostly pork chicken and fish they eat

Hi everyone. Keef, that looks amazing. The steak is cooked to perfection 👌I have a question for you and your viewers. My neighbour has an allotment and grows his own Garlic. He gives me some when it's ready to harvest, but I always find that it is soft with an "almost" damp texture to it. My Question is this. How can I dry it out? Do I put it in a dark place and leave it for a while, or do I use it as it is? I have tried using it in its present state, but it tastes bitter. Thank you for any advice in advance, and " keef up the good work" (See what I did there) 😉
