It turned out really good. I ended up throwing it back into the freezer though because it was not set up, even after the first 2 hours in the freezer. So I left it in the freezer overnight. When I was mixing everything up and tasting it, I was thinking maybe I should have doubled the cream cheese, but I wanted to try it the way you made it first. 🙂 I make a Keto Chow Cheesecake fluff that uses a little less heavy whip with the block of cream cheese and I really love the consistancy of that so maybe next time I will use slightly less heavy whip or double the cream cheese. I love that it is so easy to make and easily customizable so we can adjust things for our preference. Great recipes. Have an amazing day. 💜

Have you tried it with almonds or other nuts? BTW, I noticed that you use the same measuring cup for dry and liquid ingredients. Do you know that liquid ingredients measure differently than dry?
