					<description><![CDATA[It’s January 2025 at this time of contacting you.  We live in Missouri, crappie and catfish are our frying fish.  We catch a walleye every now and then, if we’re lucky.  Walleye are the best.  Haven’t tried your breading yet, we will.  My question is, what do you do with the oil after frying the fish, do you save it to use again, if you save it how many times are you comfortable using it? Or do you throw it away?  Enjoyed your very nicely done video, thank you for making it, can’t wait to try your breading.  Jack]]></description>
