In oven as we speak the almond version or nearly..that’s the joy of cooking you can adjust without going too wrong I hope..

I made the first apple slice and it was fantastic. My fussy husband also had it and loved it. I added some crushed pecans on the topping just for me. Love almond flour & marzipan. Thanks for the 3 really good recipes!

Looks yummy, just a little tip, snip the corner of your icing bag after you fill it, saves leakage and easier to manage.

You can use vanilla instead of Almond essence to give the icing a nice flavor. Thanks for the recipe I'm going g to make this.
