The best thing I ever did for my baking is to buy a $10 digital scale on Amazon! It weighs your flour or liquid ingredients with so much more precision! I wish more bakers gave ingredients measured in ounces or grams instead of cups or spoons. I watch a lot of Bigger Bolder Baking and Joy of Baking. They always give ingredients measured in weight and the recipes come out perfect!

Maybe in testing it’s ok?

Williams Sonoma’s website doesn’t recommend it however. (Side note: ATK recommends the OXO Good Grips Nylon Flexible Pie Server too)
