After my most recent trip to the grocery store, I didn't think it was safe to ever eat another egg, nor was it an economical choice to make. This eggless and flourless dish makes me feel at ease knowing that I will not catch "avian flu" or have an upset stomach from the flour added to the batter. I want to try this pork recipe.
