That's a regular mortadela sandwich, in Brasil we fancier and better shit than that (also using mortadela).

Honestly I don’t like browning my Italian mortadella like that, I put it in the sandwich with the cheese and then I toast the bread and make the cheese melt. To me frying the mortadella gives it a weird taste..

I don’t know why but mortadella is so many levels better than bologna. I like both but there is a difference.

Looks good but I personally don't get the love for Mortadella, fancy bologna to me, but to each his own.
