1 tbsp chopped ginger
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
1 tbsp cooking wine, optional
