Mine had WAY too much fat rendered from the pork belly, but when I removed the excess it was delicious. Next time, I will trim a bit.

Yes our home also it is cooked in the same manner but we put more of green chilli…and we don't add oil…we add onion directly with meat and onion cooks with the meat fat…
