Followed this recipe to the tee and I didn’t like it, I used dried guajillo peppers and it was incredibly spicy. I’m sure its because I left the seeds in, or maybe I used the wrong pepper. But either way I’ll try to tweak the recipe to my liking next time

You had me at "pulled." I'm not joking. I can't stand hamburger and I rarely eat chicken and I was looking for a way to make healthy tacos. I never once thought pulled chicken or that container of Jack Daniels pulled pork that is soaked in sauce in the hot dog bologna aisle – until your video said the word pulled. Satori, enlightenment.
