I made the decision to make it tonight for supper – didn't have a full pound of ground meat so I added a little hot italian sausage… let's just say it turned out the spice a notch but it was still so delicious! The chips certainly made the meal – I confess I had to make my own with small tortillas and my air fryer but they were the perfect addition.

Your recipes inspire me to be a little more creative as I follow your outline. I'm excited to be putting a couple prepared meals in the fridge to enjoy the next few days. Thank you again!!!😊
