					<description><![CDATA[Oh I loved the brown butter nutty flavor in eggs. the main reason why I never salt my eggs until they are finished cooking and on the plate is that when you salt them before cooking, they draw out so much water that is in the egg, and they basically boil in the moisture and turn out mushy.]]></description>
