I love salad! That being said I just had gallbladder removal surgery and have to change my diet. Would love to find some wonderful dressing recipes that are fat free or close to!

Lam, please go on a teaching tour of the restaurants in the southeastern US. They make sure the greens are floating in dressing. It’s awful!
