Had this tonight with one inch pork chops. So good and so easy! This is what I need more of-no brainer dinner recipes. I inserted an oven thermometer into the meat till it registered 145 which took about 25-30 minutes

I made these pork chops and they were one of the best I've tried. My wife who doesn't really like pork chops absolutely loved them. I increased your brown sugar recommendation which brought these to the next level. Thank you so much.

why do all these cooking channels always claim you need "kosher" salt, no you dont, you just need salt period
