We just made this, we didn't have gochugaru, just subbed in crushed red pepper flakes and some crispy chilli oil. We let the beef sit for maybe an hour in the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce and the white pepper. It was f*+/%ng amazing. Seriously. I'm a super happy camper right now. Will definitely put this in regular rotation. So good, so easy.
