You need to put those on a pan, instead of baking them. Just because its easy doesnt mean it will taste good

Umm. Medium rare is before “medium”, not after. Medium is about ten degrees warmer than what she said so I think she just got the two confused. Also- cast iron! The whole damn thing would’ve been faster and tasted better done in a cast iron skillet.
