He reported his disgust that his coworkers routinely had food fights with raw chicken, picked up the pieces off the floor and those same pieces were cooked and served to customers. I have never touched their food since, nor did he, since franchise owners put so little stock in who managed them. But the food wasn’t any good past the mid ‘70s anyway.
