That chicken and potatoes do look delicious but I’m way to lazy to doo all that. I’ve been cooking for 60 years and I’m done. But I’m going to pass this on to my daughter and maybe she’ll cook it and invite me. Lol

That chicken still has aspot off red showing in the cut. I think it will have more and needs more cooking time. I think ill try the sauce.

What a way to complicate your life to prepare that chicken. There are easier ways and get the same results.

First of all. I wouldn't buy a Frankenstein chicken. Force fed. Chickens are not supposed to be that big and are mostly fat. Second, I just rub it down with butter, throw some spices on it and pop it in the over for a hour and a half. Beautiful roast chicken every time, lol.

It’s probably excellent I’m sure I would love to eat it but I’m older way too much work for me
