It gets the job done, and I&#039;ve been lazy enough to buy my fair share of it, but I strongly suggest making your own! It&#039;s easy, and there are some interesting ways of making it. I recommend checking out Chef John&#039;s ricotta gnocchi over on Food Wishes! I think he even has a sweet potato version!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Alright I&#039;m all for convenience Foods if the quality is good. But if I wanted to make I could figure out a good sauce to make with them on my own. Make perfect gnocchi at home. Because I have tried a number of times, and I can never quite get it right. Either they are too mushy and underdone even after I thought I overcooked them, or they fall apart in the boiling water. I can&#039;t seem to hit that middle ground.]]></description>
