Please look up real birria made by a Latina or Latino. clearly this is a non-traditional birria because this is not how it's done.don't know where you learned how to make birria but this isn't it.Where were the New Mexico chilis or guajillo chili, ancho chili, a few chili arbol for a kick of heat.
