we make this but instead of the alfredo, add béchamel sauce, it's called pasta bechamel, that is how Arabs/North Africans make their lasagna.

Tip for your onions since I know you struggle, I do too. Throw them into a blender and make a purée. I’ll even do a bunch at a time and freeze then in ice cube trays and transfer to a ziplock once frozen. Saves so much time and I don’t have onion chunks!
