To be on the safe side for an hour t 195 When tipping it over I noticed that it was not cooked through.

Alas, I sold it to my wife as a new recipe that needed improvements. To camouflage the disaster I served it as Chicken scrambled egg with fried rice and Pak Choi…

The recipe is nice. I just have to adjust the temperature and the time n the oven.
