Great job. I don't mean no harm, but the rice needs colour, as it looks a bit bland and British looking. My parents use saffron or Sazon to give the rice some colour. Possibly even tomato paste. Also, we use piripiri and some white pepper for spice not Tabasco… that's not Portuguese.
