Wasn't aware of Supermarkets selling decent beef short ribs.Been very happy with those from Costco, usually packs of 5/6 but this time I'm smoking a couple of whole racks….. right now actually. 😁

I don't know who I need to complain to but my local Sainsbury's never have the beef ribs in. I've done the Costco ones and they came out great.
