Yummy lunch box, good to see and tempted. But the reality is that the employees working in IT can't eat such a delicious lunch as they need to work 9 hours. That is the fact, the reason being heavy meals will make you drowsy and u can't concentrate towards the work. We or I have been an IT employee who prefers light meals. Any such ideas, pls post eat. I eat fruits as BF and lunch mild one i.e boiled egg one, with less quantity of rice. 😂
