Last year I froze a bunch of romas because I made the best sauce. I was just wondering, if in your experience, it would be okay to bake the frozen ones?

This is also great for winter tomatoes, it can bring out taste in what was an otherwise tasteless vegetable

This looks so good! I think I would substitute fresh basil at the end for the thyme. Smashed on some good bread, heaven!
