Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and cook on low flame for 2 mins.&lt;br&gt;2. Add milk little at a time ans cook till sauce thickens.&lt;br&gt;3. Add cheese slice and salt and balance milk and cook till the sauce is thick and smooth.&lt;br&gt;4. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, chilli, onion, chicken, salt, mexican and piri piri spice and a pinch of food color.&lt;br&gt;5. Mix well and cook till chicken is completely cooked.&lt;br&gt;6. Add chopped coriander and mix well.&lt;br&gt;7. Spread the white sauce over it. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander.&lt;br&gt;8.
