That looks so delicious, I can't wait to make this. I've never had beef short ribs, nor have I ever made them. This video has completely changed my mind, I had no idea they could be so easy and worth making them. Since I am 72 and widowed, I would love being able to go buy them already made, perhaps in a frozen pkg. I know one has to have $ to do something like that, but it might be something to eventually make money on. A girl can dream, can't she? Lol, I guess I'm gonna have to make them myself. My daughter is coming for a week in December, I think we can make and enjoy these together. It's a win-win her and myself. Those short ribs sure look
De…licious! You know.. my eyes always burn and water every time I cut onions. putting my face in the freezer for a few seconds does help a little. I was thinking though about buying some clear plastic goggles and putting them on when I chop the onions I might just try that. Just a thought. I actually looked on Amazon and just look up onion cutting goggles and they do sell them. This meal looks so wonderful! Korean bbq short ribs are pretty good too.good job zach! 😊👍🏻👍🏻
